Abstract
Das Photoarchiv András Höfer umfasst Farbdiapositive und Schwarzweiß-Aufnahmen über materielle Kultur, Landwirtschaft, Hausbau, Alltagsleben, Religion und orale Tradition einer Gruppe der Tamang im District Dhading in Nepal. Eine Unterabteilung dokumentiert die Arbeit der Eisenschmiede aus der Kaste der Kami in einem Tamang-Dorf. Zeitraum der Aufnahmen: 1968-1983.
