Abstract
Caraka, Suśruta und sodann Vāgbhaṭa sind als die drei kanonischen Bücher für die drei verschiedenen Zeitalter zu bezeichnen. Für das Kṛta-Zeitalter ist Atri, für das Dvāpara Suśruta, für das Kali-Alter Vāgbhaṭa als der Arzt zu betrachten.
