Abstract
Die Reproduktionsmärkte in Asien sind wie ein Schachbrett, auf dem Akteur*innen und Produktionsorte mobil sind, verlagert und verschoben werden. Fünfzehn Jahre lang war Indien mit zigtausenden von Leihmüttern eine Drehscheibe der transnationalen Reproduktion. Seit die Regierung ein Verbot kommerzieller Leihmutterschaft ankündigte, dreht sich das Karussell in südostasiatische Länder hinein. Neuerdings ist der transnationale Dreh- und Angelpunkt die Ukraine.
