Abstract
'Das Dunkel, das über dem sich siebenfach spaltenden ali-Baum liegt, läßt sich bis zu einem gewissen Punkte mit Hilfe der indischen Originale erhellen. Die oben aus der chinesischen Übersetzung des Saddharmapundarika angeführte Stelle lautet in der Ausgabe von Kern (S. 402): saptadhasya sphuten murdha arjakasyeva manjari. Handschriftliche Lesarten sind mudha (murdhna, murdhna) marjakasyeva.
