Abstract
The paper deals with the success of Imran Khan and his political party, "Movement for Justice", as a third power in Pakistan's politics. Khan haunts a strategy of appeasement against Taliban and other radical movements in Pakistan. The author argues that Khan and his movement will be a short, but dangerous episode with long term consequences for Pakistan.
