Abstract
The comprehensive essay is concerned with sentential complementation. These kinds of complementation means the syntactic situation that arises when a notional sentence or predication is an argument of a predicate. The organization of this paper is as follows: in section 1 the author discusses the morphology of complements, in section 2 the syntax of complements, and in section 3 the semantics of complementation. Section 4 containts complement systems. In section 5 the author briefly discusses noun complementation .
